Today Vince and Timarie came down fir a visit and some riding. So with not much of a plan Vince and I decided to start at my usual location and ride from there. After warming up on Rockhouse trail and finally making it up that hill I alway talk about we decided to make our way to Dow Lake. With quite a few miles in today we decided to skip the trail back and use the road which put us at 3.5 hours in the saddle today. Tomorrow we plan for an early ride that I'm sure will be full of stories since it is a Lake Hope ride. If you are familar with my other Lake Hope rides you would understand. So look for a more informative update in the next post.

On another note what the hell is with the saying "that's bananas" I'm young and hip and that is definately not a cool saying so I hope it fades fast or maybe we are doomed to live with it forever!

Willis out!

Saw you, Vince and another guy riding Sunday. We were hiking along the same path with two other couples and my dog. It was a pretty tight path you were negotiating, so I didn't want to scream out your nicknames and have you crash into my wife or anything!

Ah man sorry about that I wish I knew you were gonna be there. We were just getting to the end of the ride and I was going for the win. I remember you guys but was too busy trying to beat the other two to notice, other than that I scared your dog a little bit. How far did you hike? I'll post our ride so you can compare, if you have ever been interested in Mountain Biking that is the best spot in the state.

We hiked 6+ miles on Saturday, camped out and hiked 4+ miles on Sunday. My dog is fine, though she's been sleeping ALL day due to the hiking!
